How our review
process works:
After reviewing
your portfolio, we might contact you and schedule an appointment.
It is important to bring as much photography material as possible.
We need at least 200 photographs for a review. Your portfolio doesn't
have to be printed. Computer preview is fine. If approved,
you will be assigned for three non paid evaluation weddings. We will have to see
you in action before deciding to hire you. For level II position,
evaluation period will take 2 weddings. During this process, you will not receive
a payment. We require everyone
who applies to Level II or higher position to have at least 8MP DSLR with professional
zoom lens such as 24-70 f/2.8. We will not accept any exceptions.
Please do not
email us your portfolio but rather send a link to the gallery where
your work is represented. Unfortunately
we can't reply to inquires unless you fit our requirements. So please be very clear about your
experience, professional intentions and equipment you have in the
first email which has to include a link to your portfolio. If you do not
hear from us within 2-3 months, please follow up after that period
of time. We might have some openings later on.
Good luck,
Joseph |
