When people think about family photography they usually imagine dressed up formal photos with the paper backdrop. We don't: we want to capture the way your life as it is. The way dad plays with the son or mom reads to the daughter. We want to photograph the real life moments.
And some of the best photos we ever took are about life, movement, expressions and body language. More often that comes through an non-staged, natural environment. For us, it’s about being in the right place at the right moment to create a documentary of your life.
Family photography doesn’t have to be a cumbersome experience. It can be fun, encompassing typical activities of your family during the interactive portrait session. Of course, we will position and pose you for some more traditional shots but will mostly focus on capturing the chemistry, interaction, emotions, and lifestyle that is unique to your family.
It is important to preserve memories for yourself, your kids and your grandchildren. These photos can become the roots of the future generations. Kids and their kids will know the story of the family in the beautiful visual way as photography can sometimes teach them about you better than a verbal story.
